Exchange and return of goods
We value our reputation. All products presented in our store are original. By buying from us, you protect yourself from low-quality or expired goods and are guaranteed to receive an original, high-quality and safe product.
Pursuant to current legislation*, perfumery and cosmetic products of appropriate quality are not subject to return or exchange.
* Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-ХІ and Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the CMU "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 to goods of proper qualities that cannot be exchanged (returned) include: perfumery and cosmetic products, sanitary hygiene items, combs and massage brushes, goods in aerosol packaging, tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, files, etc.).
Replacement of defective goods
The product can be returned only in the following cases:
• The product has a manufacturing defect or damage that was discovered when the order was received.
• You received the wrong product (wrong fragrance or volume) that does not correspond to the order.
Importantly!
- Returns are not accepted due to the inconsistency of the smell, all products are original!
- The difference of design elements or design from the description declared on the website is not a sign of inadequate quality. The actual colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the website, depending on the color of your monitor.
- Promotional products, goods at a discount or for drinking (castings removed from the original bottle) are not subject to exchange or return!
In such cases, please contact our support service within 14 days of receiving the product. To resolve the issue, you must provide a photo of the product and confirmation of the order.
If a factory defect of the product is detected (for example, the atomizer does not work, the bottle is damaged), we will definitely exchange it for a good quality product.
Please note that the courier or employee of the "Novaya Poshta" branch is not authorized to provide advice on the product. It is impossible to return the unpacked box with the order to the courier - all questions related to the completeness of the order, the absence of the product or the presence of a defect are resolved with the consultant of the PARFBAR.COM.UA online store or the administrator of the PARFBAR network store where the purchase was made.
