Gueule de Bois is the aroma of wood soaked in rum. The composition opens with warm spices and a thick alcoholic accord, where the rum sounds natural and noble. Cinnamon and pepper add character, but do not draw attention to themselves.

In the heart, woody shades gradually come to the fore. Amyris and damascene create a soft, slightly velvety transition to the base. Guaiac wood, incense, tobacco and vetiver form a dry, smoky trail, which is softened by vanilla, licorice and amber.
